UniCashTopping up is how you buy UNC and add it to your UniCash balance.
Top-ups are free
Top-ups are made by PayID and are always free — the full amount you pay is credited to your balance as UNC, usually within seconds.
How to top up
- Open the UniCash app and tap Top Up on the home screen
- Enter the amount you'd like to add
- You'll see your personal PayID — pay that amount to it from your banking app. Because the PayID is yours alone, there's nothing else to enter
- Your balance is credited in UNC, usually within seconds
Top-up limits
The following limits apply to top-ups:
- Maximum balance: 1,000 UNC at any time — you cannot top up if your balance is already at the maximum
- Daily limit: 2,000 UNC in any rolling 24-hour period
- 30-day limit: 15,000 UNC in any rolling 30-day period
How limits work: If your balance is 800 UNC, you can only top up 200 UNC at most (to reach the 1,000 cap), no matter how much of your daily limit is left. Whichever limit you'd reach first — your balance cap, your daily limit, or your 30-day limit — is the one that applies.
1 UNC = 1 AUD
There's no exchange rate and nothing to convert — 1 UNC is always 1 AUD, so the full amount you top up is credited to your balance as UNC.
My top-up hasn't arrived
PayID top-ups are usually credited within seconds. Check that you paid the correct PayID shown in the app. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, or you have any concern, contact us at [email protected].
