Always fee free: Transferring UNC between UniCash users costs nothing. There are no fees on outgoing or incoming transfers.
How to send UNC
- Open the UniCash app and tap Send
- Find the recipient by their @handle, or tap Scan QR to scan their receive QR code
- Enter the amount of UNC you want to send
- Add an optional note (visible to the recipient)
- Review the details and confirm
The UNC leaves your balance and arrives in the recipient's balance instantly.

- @handle — every UniCash user has a unique @handle
- QR code — the recipient can show their receive QR from the app; tap Scan in your app to read it
Transfer limits
There are no daily or monthly limits on outgoing transfers — only your current balance limits what you can send. The recipient's balance cap (1,000 UNC maximum) limits what they can receive. If a transfer would put the recipient over their 1,000 UNC cap, the transfer is declined.
Can I cancel a transfer?
Transfers are instant and cannot be reversed once sent. Always double-check the recipient and amount before confirming. If you sent UNC to the wrong person, contact us at [email protected] — we will try to assist, but recovery is not guaranteed.
